30l, 235bhp FAP 6 gear automatic GT is a genuine pleasure to drive. A lot of the pleasure owes to a 4control system, which intelligently steers the rear wheels.While driving slowly, electro engine steers the rear wheels in the opposite direction, while at speeds above 60km/h all 4 wheels are steered in the same direction.Either way, Laguna steering is brilliant and makes the driving a supreme pleasure.
Apart from the 4control system, it's so because of the great driver's position, thick leather seats, superior 6-gear automatic gearbox and high-tech, but enjoyable dashboard. The only flaw could be non adjustable suspension - it is great as it is, but adjusting would add even more to the pleasure.When reviewing such a premium class car, splitting hairs is expected...
Well equipped Laguna Coupe starts at 35.000 euros - costly, but you will get a ton of bells and whistles for the price: automatic AC, bixenon headlights, CD-radio, tempomat, alloy wheels, 10 air bags, GPS navigation...
